Acrisure is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Paralegal to support attorneys across the organization, reviewing, drafting, and managing routine agreements, conducting legal research, and coordinating contract processes.

This role partners with business teams to mitigate risk, maintain compliance, and leverage AI tools for efficiency. On-site presence in Grand Rapids, MI is expected; Bachelor's degree preferred and 3–5 years paralegal experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• 3–5 years paralegal experience or comparable work experience.
• Experience supporting contracting, corporate legal operations, regulatory compliance, or general corporate matters.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations tools.

Responsabilités

• Review, draft, revise, and manage routine agreements.
• Coordinate contract review workflows and monitor status through execution.
• Maintain contract files and ensure proper execution and retention.
• Support legal inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and assist with compliance projects.
