Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Paralegal to support attorneys who provide legal counsel to business units across the organization. This role offers critical support in reviewing and managing agreements, conducting legal research, coordinating contract processes, responding to business inquiries, and supporting a broad range of operational legal matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• 3-5 years paralegal experience required.
• Experience with contracting, corporate legal operations, regulatory compliance, or general corporate law matters preferred.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and manage routine agreements (vendor, NDA, services, SOW, etc.).
• Coordinate contract review workflows and monitor status through execution.
• Maintain contract files and ensure proper execution and retention.
• Assist with contract-related reporting and tracking obligations.
• Coordinate with business units as a primary legal requests contact; respond to routine inquiries.
• Support legal review of operational policies and processes; track legal matters.
