Confidential Client is seeking a Paralegal/Commercial Contracts Administrator on a temporary contract. The role focuses on reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial customer contracts, with emphasis on AI-assisted workflows and rapid processing.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of contract experience, strong legal knowledge, and the ability to manage high-volume workload independently in a fast-paced legal setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional work experience in contract review and negotiation.
• Strong foundational understanding of contract law and relevant legal principles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a legal practice context (e.g., contract review, drafting, or redlining workflows).
• Proven ability to engage in effective, fair negotiations to protect company interests.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and edit a high volume of commercial customer contracts daily.
• Actively use AI tools to support drafting, research, summarization, and document review.
• Quality control of AI-assisted drafts to ensure coherence and alignment with policies.
• Engage in negotiations with B2B customers to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure agreements comply with legal standards and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Communicate contract terms to internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Track and report metrics to manage contract lifecycles.
