Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Legal AI & Automation Analyst to join the Grand Rapids team. You will design, build, and implement Harvey AI‑powered workflows within the Legal Department, expanding automation across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to convert manual processes into scalable AI solutions. You will validate outputs, drive adoption, and stay current on Harvey releases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered, automated workflows.
• Experience designing multi-step AI processes using low-code/no-code tools.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring outputs are accurate and reliable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Harvey AI solutions and workflows.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to automate repetitive tasks.
• Validate AI outputs and refine solutions based on feedback.
• Expand AI capabilities to other departments (Regulatory, Risk, HR, etc.).
• Deliver training and support to drive adoption and governance.
