Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support third-party subpoenas, AI-enabled workflows, and internal litigation matters.

You will manage document collection, assist in discovery, draft and edit legal documents using AI tools like Harvey AI and Copilot, coordinate with outside counsel, and help track deadlines and settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field and paralegal certification preferred.
• Experience with law department case management systems and litigation reporting.
• Experience using AI-powered legal tools or platforms for research, drafting, or document review.

Responsibilities

• Manage subpoena workflow: receive, log, and track subpoenas and related docs.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to gather documents and information.
• Review documents for privilege and redact as needed; track deadlines and extensions.
• Assist in-house counsel with AI-driven research, drafting, and document review.
• Draft, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence with AI tools.
• Interface with internal clients, outside counsel, and vendors to facilitate communication.
• Support data management, reporting, and administrative tasks for litigation matters.
• Coordinate with agency partners and issuing counsel on subpoena-related matters.
