Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a knowledgeable Paralegal to support attorneys and business units across the organization. You will review, draft, and manage contracts, conduct legal research, and coordinate contract workflows to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of paralegal experience, a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, and familiarity with contract lifecycle management and Microsoft Office. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Paralegal certification preferred.
• 3–5 years paralegal experience or comparable work experience.
• Experience supporting contracting, corporate legal operations, regulatory compliance, or general corporate law matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in reviewing, drafting, revising, and managing routine agreements (vendor, NDA, services, SOW).
• Coordinate contract review workflows and monitor status through execution.
• Maintain contract files and ensure proper execution, organization, and retention.
