AbbVie is seeking a Paralegal to support the Operations, Purchasing and Corporate Affairs Legal team and the AI Legal Team. You will draft, review, negotiate and manage a range of transactional agreements under attorney supervision.

The role emphasizes templates, contract governance, and advising business clients on legal and policy obligations, with a fast-paced environment and collaboration across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal education is required.
• 3+ years paralegal experience including contract negotiation and AI tools experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of transactional agreements under attorney supervision.
• Assist attorneys with creation of contract templates.
• Identify problems, perform analysis, and provide guidance to business clients.
