Sysco’s Global Support Center in Houston is seeking a Senior Paralegal to review, draft and negotiate routine commercial agreements, including NDAs, using approved templates and AI-enabled workflows. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3–4 days per week with potential adjustments based on business needs.

• BA/BS or Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent field required.
• 5+ years paralegal or contracts experience in a law firm, in-house legal department or corporate setting.
• Hands-on fluency using legal AI and generative AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows for legal or contracting processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft and negotiate routine commercial agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Manage intake and triage of routine contract requests and elevate issues.
• Design, build and continuously improve AI-powered tools for contract intake and review.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries and playbooks.
• Track contract volumes and turnaround times and report on improvements.
• Coordinate execution and maintain agreements in the contract repository.
