Balto is seeking a scrappy, driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our sales pipeline and drive revenue growth. You will be the first contact for potential customers, conducting outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social selling, and you will report to the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations.

This Dallas-based hybrid role requires in-person meetings at least once a week with ramp meetings three times weekly for six weeks.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and able to meet weekly in person.
• Comfort with AI tools and enthusiasm for selling an AI-powered product.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Identify and engage businesses that fit the ICP and secure high-quality meetings.
• Make 60–80 outbound calls per day.
• Write outbound emails and call scripts to generate interest.
• Use AI tools to sharpen targeting and messaging.
• Track activity and results to improve outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging.
• Support events through follow-up and post-event outreach.
