Fireworks AI is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join our growing sales team in a fast-moving AI environment. You’ll qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect into high-value accounts, helping Account Executives build a healthy pipeline and drive growth.

Ideal candidates are results-driven with curiosity about AI, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences, and comfortable in a startup setting where outreach and product discussions shape customer

Competenze

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated interest in technology sales with strong AI/ML interest.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline generation targets.
• Craft personalized outreach to prioritize the right accounts and prospects.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback.
