Job summary

Concertina Team Pty Ltd in the United States is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Specialist to build its AI-driven sales engine from the ground up, collaborating directly with the CEO on prospecting, nurture, appointment setting and member engagement workflows powered by AI agents and tools such as Claude, Grok and HubSpot.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in automation, RevOps or marketing ops, 1–2 years with LLM tools, and a portfolio of AI workflows implemented in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building automation, RevOps or marketing ops workflows.
• 1–2 years with LLM tools in a business setting.
• Portfolio of AI workflows you built and put into production.
• Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and API/webhooks.
• CRM experience, ideally HubSpot pipelines and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with a US-based CEO.
• Judgment on where AI output can be trusted and where it must be checked.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch AI-driven outreach and nurture workflows.
• Build appointment-setting workflows to hand leads to the sales manager.
• Develop scalable workflows for partner networks and outreach.
• Improve AI agents and data sources for sharper recommendations.
• Evaluate, prototype and deploy new AI agents; retire underperformers.
• Document each agent: purpose, data sources, checks, ownership.
• Connect AI tools to email, calendar and CRM for faster prep and logging.
• Train teammates and write concise SOPs.
• Run 30-day pilots with clear goals and track funnel metrics.
• Maintain CRM and dashboards; report progress weekly to CEO.
• Package workflows into repeatable playbooks for new units.
• Handle customer, pricing and partner information discreetly.
