Job summary

HighLevel, a global remote-first AI-powered sales & marketing platform, seeks a Lead Automations Analyst for the Customer Success — Programs & AI Innovation team. You will own end-to-end AI solution delivery inside ORA, designing workflows that surface adoption risk, provide in-call guidance, and generate AI-driven post-call insights.

You will partner with RevOps to close capability gaps, raise the technical bar, and ensure solutions ship with strong requirements, tests, and observability.

Qualifications

• Insatiable curiosity and self-learning mindset; AI space changes weekly.
• 7+ years in AI/ML solution work, technical product, prompt engineering, or automation.
• Working fluency with LLM behavior and orchestration patterns.
• Strong understanding of databases and data flows between systems.
• Reads code well enough to discuss integrations with engineers.
• Ability to scope a problem, design a solution, and ship end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate problems into AI designs.
• End-to-end ownership mindset; accountable for outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate Success problems into AI solution designs — define agent behavior, context, and success criteria.
• Build orchestrators and sub-agents inside ORA routing work across skills, models, and knowledge sources.
• Author and maintain skills, prompts, and knowledge base entries powering solutions.
• Design and instrument feedback loops so quality is measurable from launch.
• Deploy solutions into production inside ORA and monitor for quality drift.
• Close the loop with QA II and Success leadership, reporting outcomes.
