Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior AI Technology Risk professional to shape enterprise AI governance and risk management. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and audit teams to assess AI architectures, data flows, model lifecycles, and control environments.

The role emphasizes responsible AI adoption and regulatory alignment. You will report to the Director of AI Technology Risk and help advance the AI Risk Management Program across Generative AI and ML.

Qualifications

5+ years in AI, IT risk, cyber security, controls or audit.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, technology, or related field preferred.
Experience with AI governance, risk assessments and controls.
Ability to communicate AI risks to executives, business partners, engineers and auditors.

Responsibilities

Provide independent oversight of AI risks across Generative AI, ML, intelligent automation, and third‑party AI ecosystems.
Execute AI risk assessments and control evaluations to ensure AI solutions are secure and compliant.
Assess AI governance frameworks, model lifecycle controls, and responsible AI practices to identify risks and improvements.
Partner with business, technology, compliance, cybersecurity, and audit teams to enable safe adoption of AI.
