Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst - AI Risk to shape AI risk management across the organization. You will identify, assess, and monitor risks from AI, ML, and generative AI while strengthening governance and controls to protect member data.

Residents of eligible remote work locations or nearby drive distance can join remotely, with on-site options in HQ areas. You will collaborate with risk, technology, and governance teams to enable responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/statistics/other quantitative areas or equivalent.
• 1 year of applicable Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 2 years preferred.
• Experience in risk management, governance, and regulatory expectations for responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• AI Risk Assessments: identify, assess, and evaluate risks with AI, ML, generative AI, and other AI-enabled solutions.
• Independent Review & Challenge: review AI systems, models, data, and processes for governance and risk management.
• Risk Monitoring: monitor AI-related risks, controls, and performance indicators.
• AI Governance Support: contribute to AI governance processes and oversight within the ERM program.
• Enterprise AI Inventory Management: maintain AI models/tools inventory, registration, risk classification, monitoring, reviews.
• Third-Party & Internal Solution Reviews: evaluate AI solutions for risk and alignment with policies.
• Control Evaluation: review AI-related controls and provide risk guidance.
• Risk Analytics & Reporting: develop analyses, dashboards, and reports for risk assessment and monitoring.
• Emerging Technology Research: research AI tech trends and regulatory developments.
• Quantitative Risk Support: support ERM and Quantitative Risk initiatives.
