Qualifications

• Experience in AI governance within financial services.
• 8–12 years in a financial institution or consulting environment.
• 3–5 years evaluating or governing AI/ML use cases across the lifecycle.
• Experience with AI/ML risk, including bias and explainability.
• Experience with internal audit, regulators, or independent model review.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of the enterprise AI risk governance framework.
• Coordinate intake, assessment, and governance for AI use cases.
• Serve as coordinator for the AI Working Group and maintain logs.
• Maintain the enterprise inventory of AI use cases and governance records.
• Develop management reporting and dashboards on AI governance.
