The AI Governance Analyst position is full-time in Atlanta, GA, with hybrid work options. Ideal candidates will have extensive information security and GRC experience and solid communication skills to collaborate across Legal, Privacy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in information security focusing on IT audit or GRC.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.
• Preferred: ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SSAE 18/SOC audits.
• Preferred certifications: Security+, CISA, CRISC, CISSP.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain AI governance policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Identify and assess risks that could impact the organization.
• Conduct AI model risk assessments including bias and data quality.
• Monitor third-party AI tools and vendor risk management.
• Support internal and external audits related to AI systems.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Technology teams.
• Educate and raise awareness of AI governance requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and controls design.
• Ensure AI systems comply with regulatory requirements.
