Job summary

BECU is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst - AI Risk to help shape how the credit union responsibly adopts and manages artificial intelligence across the organization. You will identify, assess, and monitor risks related to AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies to strengthen governance and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, or other quantitative areas or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 2 years preferred.
• Experience supporting AI Risk Management, Governance, or Model Risk Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI Risk Assessments: identify, assess, and evaluate risks from AI and related technologies.
• Independent Review & Challenge: validate AI systems, models, data, and processes.
• Risk Monitoring: track AI-related risks, controls, and KPIs.
• AI Governance Support: help develop governance processes and oversight.
