The role spans research, prototyping, deployment, and governance in a highly regulated environment, with collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS/AI/math or related field strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, CS, engineering or applied math, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI ecosystems and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI technologies and publish findings.
• Prototype and productionize AI solutions end-to-end.
• Develop and evaluate agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deploy scalable AI capabilities.
