You will test AI email, text and calling campaigns, Halcrya platform, and underlying data, collaborating with the VP of Engineering and CTO. You will mentor, take ownership from week one, and have a clear path to grow within a cutting-edge fintech environment that handles investor data with care and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a QA engineer, QAE or SDET on web apps or APIs.
• Experience testing AI/LLM features or agents.
• Proficient in building deterministic tests with controlled data.

Aufgaben

• Test AI campaigns end to end including email, SMS and calling campaigns.
• Guard compliance in every send (consent, opt-outs, quiet hours, rate limits).
• Evaluate AI agents with golden datasets and evals for prompts and model changes.
• Review agent-written tests to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Automate end-to-end, API and integration tests and wire into CI/CD.
• Test data quality across pipelines, migrations, and imports.
• Test integrations with email/SMS/voice providers, payments, KYC, webhooks.
• Own release readiness with regression and post-deploy smoke tests.
• Manage synthetic and masked test data to avoid real investor data.
• Report precise, reproducible bugs and quality metrics.
