Decile Group is seeking a QA Engineer to own quality across Decile Hub and Start Fund. You will design and run AI-driven regression tests, build test plans, and maintain release checks to prevent issues from reaching fund managers or LPs.

You will work with engineering, product, and customer success to map customer workflows, test onboarding, identity verification, and payment flows. This role emphasizes proactive quality engineering in a fast-growing fintech context.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in QA, test engineering, or a related role on a SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience building with AI agents and automation tools.
• A track record of catching issues before release, not just logging them after.
• Experience with test automation for web applications.
• Strong organization: test plans, bug tracking, and release checklists that others can follow.
• Clear written communication. Bug reports must reproduce steps clearly.
• Customer empathy and ability to anticipate user challenges.

Aufgaben

• Anticipate issues before release by studying features, user flows, and edge cases.
• Build an agentic QA system with AI agents that run regression tests and monitor new features.
• Know the customer—study fund managers, LPs, and internal teams to create meaningful test cases.
• Own onboarding and login flows for new LPs or fund managers to ensure smooth access.
• Run disciplined QA: write test plans, maintain regression suites, triage bugs, and document risk areas.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to address risks early.
