Job summary

Decile Group is seeking a QA Engineer to own quality across Decile Hub and Start Fund, building an agentic QA system with AI agents, regression tests, and release checks. You anticipate issues before they reach customers and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to keep releases clean.

You will engage closely with fund managers, LPs, and internal teams, owning onboarding and login flows, and turning real customer learnings into test cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA, test engineering, or a related role on a SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience building with AI agents and automation tools.
• Track record of catching issues before release, not just logging them after.
• Experience with test automation for web applications.
• Strong organization: test plans, bug tracking, and release checklists.
• Clear written communication; bug reports with reproducible steps.
• Customer empathy and ability to anticipate user challenges.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate issues before release; study features and flows to find problems.
• Build an agentic QA system with AI agents performing regression tests.
• Know the customer; shadow onboarding and convert learnings into tests.
• Own onboarding and login flows for LPs and fund managers.
• Run classic QA with discipline: create plans, regression suites, release checks.
• Partner across engineering, product and customer success; raise risks early.
