Job summary

Decile Group is hiring a QA Engineer to own quality across Decile Hub and Start Fund. You will design an agentic QA system, build AI-driven regression tests, and ensure onboarding/login flows work end-to-end for LPs and fund managers.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer success to anticipate issues before release and translate customer insights into test cases, keeping the product robust for thousands of investors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA or test engineering for SaaS.
• Hands-on AI agents and automation tools experience.
• Proven track record catching issues before release.
• Experience with web test automation.
• Strong organization and release checklists.
• Clear bug reporting with reproduction steps.
• Customer empathy and onboarding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate issues before release by studying features, users, and flows.
• Build and maintain an agentic QA system with AI agents performing regression tests and tests of new features.
• Know the customer by shadowing onboarding calls and reviewing support tickets to translate into tests.
• Own onboarding and login flow tests for LPs and fund managers (invites, login, verification, documents, capital calls).
• Conduct traditional QA with disciplined test plans, regression suites, bug triage, and release checks.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer success; escalate risks early.
