Decile Group is seeking a QA Engineer to own quality across Decile Hub and Start Fund. You will design and build an agentic QA system, using AI agents to run regression tests and monitor customer flows, with a strong focus on preventing issues before customers see them.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer success to understand how fund managers and LPs interact with the platform and turn real support feedback into robust test cases, test plans, and release checks.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in QA, test engineering, or a related role on a SaaS product
• Hands-on experience building with AI agents and automation tools
• A track record of catching issues before release, not just logging them after
• Experience with test automation for web applications
• Strong organization: test plans, bug tracking, and release checklists that other people can follow
• Clear written communication. Your bug reports tell an engineer exactly what happened and how to reproduce it
• Customer empathy. You can put yourself in the shoes of a first-time user and see where they will get lost
