Data Innovations is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to design AI-focused automation for web, mobile, API, and full system validation. You will influence adoption of AI-driven automation through collaboration with the development team.

The role requires extensive experience in automated testing, AI patterns, and CI environments, with leadership in QA practices and mentoring for a distributed team.

Qualificações

• Understanding of AI automation design patterns and software testing principles/methodologies.
• Experience with industry automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, SoapUI.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
• Experience with Git and test management/defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI automation tools and make data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Familiarity with AI governances and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in Continuous Integration environments.
• Experience in Agile software development (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean).
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI-focused test automation framework (e.g., self-healing test scripts, AI-assisted test case generation, intelligent test prioritization).
• Design and build end to end and regression automation tests for UI and API layers.
• Define and implement QA practices, procedures, standards, and reporting.
• Collaborate with QA Manager on planning and implementing Performance Testing.
• Provide daily status reports of testing progress and issues.
• Participate in the Agile process (Daily standups, Refinement, Planning, Retrospectives, demos).
• Support and enhance the testing process with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentoring and training on automation for remote team and new members.
