Tracker is a modern technology company that simplifies rental property inspections using smartphone cameras and AI. As a Business Development Representative, you will expand Tracker’s footprint in the rental property management space, leading go-to-market initiatives and building strategic partnerships with multifamily and single-family operators.

You’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, articulate Tracker’s AI-powered value, and drive revenue by developing relationships

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of business development, sales, or partnership experience in real estate tech or property management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and partnerships with executives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML/vision tech or enthusiasm to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with large property management firms.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Tracker’s AI-driven capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the property management space.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate Tracker’s value proposition.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to position Tracker as a leader in AI-powered property management solutions.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and drive revenue in new markets.
