Tracker Group is building a cutting-edge computer vision platform for the property rental industry. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across front-end and back-end to develop, test, deploy, and scale applications that turn property data into actionable insights for rental operators.
You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, value ownership, speed, and delivering products that truly impact the industry.
Today, residential rental property operators rely on slow, inconsistent, subjective, human-driven inspections to understand the condition of the property. We’re replacing that with AI. Using smartphone cameras and computer vision, Tracker evaluates a rental unit the way a trained expert would, instantly capturing condition, surfacing risk, and generating structured, decision-ready data.
This isn’t incremental improvement. This is redefining how billions of dollars in property decisions get made.
Founded in 2024, we’re early, we’re moving fast, and we’re already working with leading operators. We’re building the category.
If you want a predictable roadmap and layers of middle management, this isn’t it.
If you want ownership, speed, and the chance to build something that actually changes an industry — keep reading.
