Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions presents an AI Project Manager contract role in Mountain View, CA. On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; hours may vary. You will build Jira projects, manage AI tool enablement, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in PM, Jira/Confluence proficiency, and strong technical writing skills. PMP preferred; Korean a plus. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive onboarding are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in project management.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience administering Jira including workflows and dashboards.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and administer Jira projects, boards, workflows, dashboards.
• Own intake process for AI tool requests and triage tickets.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate blockers.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reviews.
• Create documentation in Confluence and runbooks for AI tools.
• Produce leadership reports on status, adoption metrics, outcomes.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into tickets.
• Standardize templates and knowledge management practices.
• Coordinate training sessions and internal communications.
• Audit and retire stale documentation; keep knowledge current.
• Support change management for new AI tool rollouts.
