Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Jira/PM professional to lead AI enablement initiatives. You will own Jira setup, intake for AI tool requests, and governance of documentation and dashboards.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, produce status reports, and drive adoption through training and clear runbooks. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Jira administration including workflows, permissions, automation, dashboards and reports.
• Experience coordinating technical projects with distributed teams.
• Strong technical writing for mixed audiences with runbooks or guides.
• Working knowledge of Confluence or similar KM platform.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and adoption questions from employees.
• Comfort with Agile practices and estimation.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Korean language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and administer Jira projects, boards, workflows, custom fields, and dashboards supporting AI enablement.
• Own intake for AI tool requests, triage tickets, route to owners.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate blockers.
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews; capture actions.
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence or similar.
• Produce leadership reports on project status and enablement metrics.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and convert to well-scoped tickets/roadmaps.
• Standardize templates, naming conventions, and knowledge management practices.
• Coordinate training sessions, office hours, and internal comms for AI adoption.
• Audit and retire stale docs; keep knowledge base current.
• Support change management for new AI tool rollouts, including comms and adoption tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and administer Jira projects, boards, workflows, custom fields, and dashboards that support AI enablement initiatives.
• Own the intake process for AI tool requests and enablement work, triaging incoming tickets and routing them to the right owners.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating blockers before they affect delivery timelines.
• Run recurring project ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reviews, and capture clear action items from each.
• Write and maintain documentation in Confluence or an equivalent platform, including runbooks, how-to guides, FAQs, and onboarding material for AI tools.
• Produce reporting for leadership on project status, adoption metrics, and enablement outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into well-scoped tickets and roadmaps.
• Standardize templates, naming conventions, and documentation practices so knowledge stays findable and current.
• Coordinate training sessions, office hours, and internal communications that support AI adoption.
• Audit and retire stale documentation, keeping the knowledge base accurate as tools and processes change.
• Support change management for new AI tool rollouts, including communication plans and adoption tracking.

Required Skills And Experience

• Hands-on experience administering Jira, including workflow configuration, permissions, automation rules, and dashboard and report building.
• Proven experience coordinating technical projects with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical writing skills, with examples of documentation, runbooks, or process guides written for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of Confluence or a comparable knowledge management platform.
• Familiarity with AI and LLM-based tools and the practical questions employees ask when adopting them.
• Comfort with Agile practices such as sprints, backlogs, and estimation, without being dogmatic about any single framework.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with an eye for detail and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Korean is a plus.
