Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage IT projects within our AI program. The role requires deep expertise in IT project management, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and governance structures, coordinating across teams to deliver use cases on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will oversee budgets, timelines, and resources while aligning projects with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, agile or similar project/program management certification.
• 8–10 years of IT project/program management experience with AI and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, large language models, and modern data platforms; AI governance frameworks and AI Centers of Excellence experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives and strategic goals.
• Define program and project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI models, data platforms, and related components.
• Monitor progress and manage issues or risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate the RFP process, bid evaluations, and solution selection.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to build, test, and implement projects.
• Support the establishment of an AI Center of Excellence to drive strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams; foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Develop and manage program budgets; monitor expenditures and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
