Job summary

Cogent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead IT projects in our AI program. The role requires deep expertise in IT project management, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and governance structures to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will coordinate across teams, manage timelines, budgets and resources while applying best practices in AI governance and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP, PgMP, agile or similar program management certification.
• 8–10 years of IT project/program management experience focusing on AI and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure and AI technologies, including LLMs and modern data platforms.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and AI Centers of Excellence.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and use cases in this program by coordinating across teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.


• PMP, PgMP, agile or similar project/program management certification.


• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT project/program management, with a focus on AI and cloud platforms.


• Knowledge of Azure and AI technologies, including large language models and modern data platforms.


• Experience with AI governance frameworks and AI Centers of Excellence.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Note: The hiring team is looking for an AI Program Manager with proven program management experience and at least some exposure to AI, particularly an understanding of the data needed to enable AI solutions, along with familiarity with common tools and software used in space. The ideal candidate will be able to translate AI initiatives into executable project plans, run scrums effectively, and operate confidently at a strategic program level to drive alignment, delivery, and cross team coordination.
