Job summary

IT Resonance Inc. is seeking an IT Program Manager (Contract) for a Hybrid role in California.

The candidate will lead AI/ML transformation programs, drive PoC to production efforts, and manage cross-functional teams while engaging executive stakeholders in a customer-facing consulting setting. Strong knowledge of AI concepts, MLOps, and responsible AI practices is essential, as is proven experience delivering enterprise AI initiatives and governance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall Program/Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing AI/ML, Generative AI, or enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Experience setting up and executing AI programs for enterprise customers.
• Experience taking AI initiatives from PoC/pilot through production and adoption.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI applications, AI agents/Agentic AI, and MLOps.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong customer-facing and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI program governance, risk management, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a customer-facing consulting environment.
