Job summary

Cogent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead IT projects in our AI program. The role requires deep expertise in IT project management, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and governance structures to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will coordinate across teams, manage timelines, budgets and resources while applying best practices in AI governance and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP, PgMP, agile or similar program management certification.
• 8–10 years of IT project/program management experience focusing on AI and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure and AI technologies, including LLMs and modern data platforms.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and AI Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects within our AI program, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Maintain alignment with organizational goals and governance structures.
• Translate AI initiatives into executable project plans, run scrums, and drive cross-team coordination.
