Job summary

Ampcus Inc is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage IT projects within our AI program. You will coordinate across teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver strategic AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in IT project/program management with AI and cloud experience, strong leadership, and stakeholder management. A PMP/PgMP or similar certification is preferred, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in IT project/program management focused on AI and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Azure and large language models.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and CoEs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT programs aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables with senior management.
• Develop detailed program plans with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design AI solutions.
• Ensure integration of AI models and data platforms.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep projects within budget.
• Lead RFP processes and vendor coordination.
• Support AI Center of Excellence development.
• Communicate status to executives and stakeholders.
