Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management of AI to lead complex, cross-functional AI projects from ideation to delivery. You will partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and client teams to translate needs into actionable plans and milestones.

You will balance scope, timelines, budgets, and risk while driving best practices and continuous improvement across the AI organization at a leading global agency.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required; minimum of 6+ years in PM/Program Management in digital/tech/agency
• 6+ years in project/program management in a digital, tech, or agency environment
• 2+ years managing technical, data-driven, or AI-related projects
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, AI, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies
• Able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of technical AI projects, overseeing scope, timeline, resources and budgets
• Drive standardization and improved ways of working across the agency
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and milestones with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and client teams
• Serve as the connective tissue between creative, strategy, technical, and client stakeholders
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and resolve roadblocks
• Contribute to development and operationalization of new AI features with Digital Product Management
• Ensure adherence to agile and traditional PM methodologies
• Document progress, decisions and changes to stakeholders at all levels
• Share learnings and best practices across the AI team
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence
