Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Manager of Project Management to lead technical AI projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope and budgets, and promote best practices in project management while delivering business value through AI-powered solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• 6+ years project management experience in digital/tech/agency environments.
• 2+ years managing technical, data-driven, or AI-related projects.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Familiarity with AI, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of technical AI projects including scope, timeline, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate triage and resolution of platform bugs with product managers and engineers.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and client teams to translate business needs into project plans.
• Bridge experience design, technical, and business stakeholders across lifecycles.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve roadblocks.
• Contribute to development and deployment of new AI features with Digital Product Management.
• Ensure adherence to agile and traditional PM methodologies.
• Document progress and decisions for stakeholders at all levels.
• Capture learnings and promote continuous improvement across the AI team.
• Support knowledge management and process improvements.
