You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and client teams to translate business needs into actionable plans while ensuring value delivery across projects.

Bachelor’s degree or four-year degree required.
6+ years of project management or program management experience in a digital/agency environment.
2+ years managing technical, data‑driven, or AI‑related projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of technical AI projects, overseeing scope, timeline, resources, and budgets.
Drive standardization and optimized ways of working across the agency.
Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and client teams to translate requirements into plans and milestones.
Bridge creative, strategy, technical, and client stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve roadblocks and issues.
