Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently, with high quality.

The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to maximize flow and continuously improve delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinate with finance and chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time.
• Support governance activities, resource planning and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans with product priorities.
• Track milestones, releases and adoption metrics to show outcomes.
• Improve delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and team capacity.
• Identify and remove impediments across engineering, architecture and product teams.
