Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. You will oversee delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will manage budgets, perform financial analysis, and support resource planning and executive reporting, collaborating with engineering, architecture, and product teams to maximize flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, management, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget aligned with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities for roadmap execution.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics; report progress and outcomes.
• Improve delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and team capacity.
• Identify and remove impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
