Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to support strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. You will lead delivery planning, governance and cross-functional coordination, ensuring AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will manage budgets, schedules and risk, while aligning with product priorities and PMO standards. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business teams, enabling teams to maximize flow

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery planning, Agile execution, governance and cross-functional coordination.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
Administer certifications and NDA approvals.
Onboard suppliers with legal on NDA and procurement agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
Align delivery plans with product priorities and roadmap execution.
Track milestones, releases and adoption metrics.
Monitor sprint health, flow metrics and team capacity to improve delivery.
