Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis of budget in partnership with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for various EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones and delivery targets.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities and roadmap execution.
• Track product delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics for outcomes.
• Improve delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and team capacity.
• Identify and remove impediments across engineering, architecture and product teams.
