Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a senior-level product leader to own autonomous GTM strategy and the AI-enabled transformation of sales and revenue operations. You will bridge GTM and technical teams, prioritize use cases, and drive the AI roadmap with cross-functional leadership.

You will lead backlog grooming, set operational cadence, and partner with executives to ensure the AI strategy aligns with global business goals, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, strategy, or enterprise program management experience.
• SaaS Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of the GTM lifecycle, including lead-to-opportunity flows, CRM architecture, and the complexities of enterprise-scale sales data modeling.
• AI-Agent Orchestration Mindset: Proven ability to move beyond task-level automation to ecosystem-level transformation. You have deep experience evaluating and orchestrating different agent architectures to maximize GTM impact.
• Consultative Mindset & High EQ: Ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders without direct authority. Translate technical AI constraints into business solutions with empathy.
• Adaptability & Agility: Thrive in high-ambiguity environments with shifting priorities.
• Agent Development & Lifecycle Management: Experience architecting, building, and scaling AI agents across full lifecycle.
• Strategic AI Fluency: Keen insight into evolving agentic landscape and market intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive Autonomous GTM Strategy and unify operating model for global operations.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements for AI Platform & AI Engineering teams.
• Prioritize use cases with a data-driven framework and maintain a rolling AI roadmap.
• Own the AI product backlog and lead grooming sessions for actionable tasks.
• Drive day-to-day operational cadence with risk assessment and cross-functional syncs.
• Shape AI, data, and analytic needs with leadership to align roadmap with data strategy.
