Job summary

Regal, an AI Agent Platform company based in New York City, is hiring an AI Product Specialist. You will join a fast-paced team, starting with two weeks of intensive training to build AI Agents on the Regal platform.

You’ll blend prompt engineering with product sense to craft natural, brand-aligned interactions and contribute to ongoing feature development and testing. After initial training, you’ll grow into more senior roles within Regal’s engineering, product management or customer success

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with prompt engineering.
• 1-2 years at startup tech companies or strong personal/school projects.
• Interest in Voice AI and conversation design.
• Analytical thinker who can break down problems and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases with engineers to inform AI Agent design.
• Shape conversational experiences using prompt engineering and platform settings.
• Build functions to enable agents to take actions (e.g., schedule callbacks).
• Develop QA tests and tooling to scale testing and confidence.
• Iterate AI Agents based on client success criteria.
• Document best practices and share learnings internally.
