Qualifications

5 years of work experience in Product Operations.
Hands-on AI fluency with agentic workflows, prototyping, evaluations, observability, orchestration, context, memory, and tools.
Forward-deployed leadership in customer environments and delivering with cross-functional teams.
Engineering or equivalent technical background with ability to influence product decisions.
Commercial perspective on customer value, adoption, and enterprise software economics.
Experience with strategic technology and cloud partners.

Responsibilities

Lead customer co-creation with utility customers to identify AI opportunities and validate solutions through prototypes.
Define FDE strategy, deployment model, and customer-facing standards with engineering.
Ensure value delivery and monetization with customers and partners.
Provide agentic capability leadership across models, tools, and evaluations.
Develop AI ecosystem partnerships with Google and NVIDIA.
Build defensibility via ontology, reusable skills, memory, and learning loops.
