Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in Product Operations.
• Hands-on AI fluency with agentic workflows, prototyping and evaluations.
• Experience deploying or leading technical professionals in customer environments.
• Engineering or technical background with ability to influence product decisions.
• Strong understanding of customer value, adoption, and enterprise economics.
• Experience working with major technology, cloud, or compute partners.
• Ability to translate prototypes and customer evidence into momentum.
• Comfort moving from executive discussions to user workflows and engineering sessions.
• Understanding AI platform tradeoffs while maintaining customer value.
• High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Customer Co-Creation: Work directly with utility customers to understand workflows, identify AI opportunities, and validate solutions via prototypes.
• Forward-Deployed Engineering: Define FDE strategy, deployment model, and customer-facing standards linking problems to scalable capabilities.
• Customer Value Delivery & Earned Revenue: Ensure delivery of software and agentic capabilities meeting usage targets and monetization goals.
• Agentic Capability Leadership: Assess model/agent capabilities and translate advances into practical opportunities.
• AI Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborate with Google and NVIDIA to bring capabilities and joint support to customers.
• Building AI Moat: Create defensibility through ontology, reusable skills, memory, evaluation sets, and learning loops for external marketing.
