Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million dollar programs on time and within budget.
• Experience leading 10+ Agile/Scrum teams and coordinating large cross-functional groups.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing resource plans, budgets, forecasts and risks.
• Experience with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex AI, software and engineering programs from initiation through delivery.
• Drive execution and alignment across a large global engineering organization (10+ Agile/Scrum teams).
• Define program scope, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders across business and engineering.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate global vendors and external partners to align on scope and commitments.
• Develop dashboards and leadership updates showing progress, risks and financials.
• Conduct resource and capacity planning, budgeting, and forecasting across programs.
