Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced product manager to help train an AI language model on professional docs, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on owning roadmaps, PRDs, and launches in a fully remote setting.

Workload is flexible 5–20 hours per week, with compensation at $80/hr ($1,600/week max). Start ASAP and contribute to product decisions, experiments, and stakeholder updates while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning full lifecycle from PRD authorship to roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience reading and translating A/B test results into product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, PRDs, and launch plans for AI-assisted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and workflows across core tasks.
• Translate experiment readouts into shipped product decisions and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare executive updates and GTM readiness plans.

Pay: $80/hr, up to $1.6k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced product managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for product management professionals with 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: product requirements documents and spec reviews, quarterly roadmap and prioritization decks, feature launch and go-to-market readiness plans, A/B test and experiment readout summaries, user research synthesis and opportunity briefs, and stakeholder and executive product update decks.
Compensation: $80/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
