Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/AI product strategy and related roles.
• Direct experience in HR Operations and AI prototyping.
• Ability to translate business problems into measurable AI engagements.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across HR lifecycle and build a global portfolio.
• Quantify value with business cases and executive sponsorships.
• Develop HR workflow patterns and identify AI-shape problems.
• Own opportunity portfolio and rationale for decisions.
• Define scope, success metrics, and scaling pathways for engagements.
• Communicate impact to ELT and board in business terms.
