Citi in New York seeks a visionary and hands-on Product Lead, AI Product Engineering to drive Capital Management and Lending tooling. This senior role blends product management, AI, and software engineering to shape a portfolio of AI-powered risk, lending, and capital optimization tools for financial professionals.

You will lead a cross-functional team, define the vision, roadmap, and architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance across Basel III/IV

Qualifications

10+ years shipping products from concept to launch in a product-centric or entrepreneurial role.
Experience blending product management with software engineering and architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision and strategy for AI tooling in Capital Management and Lending.
Translate vision into roadmaps with epics and user stories for engineers.
Lead a cross-functional engineering team and mentor colleagues.
Bridge business needs with technical designs for scalable AI-enabled tooling.
Prototype and validate ideas with proofs-of-concept and initial AI applications.
