Oberon, an AI-driven transformation partner, seeks an outbound-focused professional to drive top-of-funnel engagement with mid-market clients. You will collaborate with our delivery partner to turn client problems into scoping and proposals.

Early on, you’ll optimize outbound tooling and deliverability, ensuring what lands in discovery becomes a solid opportunity and a quick handoff into execution.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience, startup or product experience preferred.
• Experience turning client conversations into a clear scope and plan.
• Ability to follow AI agent concepts and discuss implications without coding.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound execution: sourcing, sequencing, qualification, and pipeline health.
• Join discovery calls with clients and translate talks into a first-pass scope.
• Brief the delivery partner before calls to ensure fast handoffs to formal scoping.
• Move deals forward from first outreach through engagement start.
