Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• End-to-end delivery: taking software from concept to launch and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud technologies.
• Applied AI experience with LLMs, retrieval, tools, or similar patterns.
• Evaluation experience with automated testing and behavioral evaluation.
• Live-service ownership including telemetry, debugging, reliability, and incident response.
• User-centered practice with direct collaboration with users and product leaders.
• Engineering craft: clear specs, maintainable code, thoughtful reviews, and trade-offs.
• Travel and on-site: up to 50% travel; hybrid office as needed.

Responsabilités

• Start with the user; work with users and domain experts to define real workflows.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior: design instructions, context, retrieval, outputs, and tool use.
• Build an evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument journeys to relate adoption to system behavior, latency, failures, and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use: clear permissions, secure data handling, and graceful degradation.
• Own production quality: release incrementally, monitor live behavior, and respond to incidents.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and evaluation assets across the platform.
